Local Deliveries - FY & PR postcode areas
Delivery will normally be made the next working day. If you need an item urgently please phone our sales team and they will advise on the possibility of a same day delivery, depending on stock.
Certain items may have a longer lead time. These tend to be uncommon items which we have to purchase or have made specially for you. We will advise you at the time of order if this is the case.
Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm. Please ensure that there is somebody available to receive the delivery as all deliveries must be signed for.
Goods should be checked at the time of delivery. If there are any damages, shortages or incorrect goods, please report these to our sales team within three days.

National Deliveries - Outside FY & PR postcode areas
Delivery is normally the day after an order is placed, however for some customers who have their orders authorised by Head Offices, it may take longer than this.
Deliveries will be sent via Fedex or UPS and will require a signature on delivery. Some orders will come with a delivery note, some will simply have a sticker on the parcel which gives instructions on how to obtain a delivery note online.
Please check your delivery carefully and report any damages, shortages or incorrect goods within 3 days. If the item has been ordered in error, a collection charge will be made to cover the cost of the courier returning to collect the goods.
