Ordering
We have produced a small set of instructions to help any users who are unsure of how to order correctly using the website. This can be downloaded by clicking here.
Only items on the Contract Price List can be ordered, any other items must be ordered through Head Office.
All orders go though two stages of approval, both by your Area Manager and Head Office. This can sometimes take a few days so if your order is urgent it would be advisable to contact your Area Manager once you've placed your order.
If you have any problems ordering, please email sales@kingswoodos.co.uk and you will receive a reply within a few minutes.
Delivery
The bulk of orders will be delivered by UPS courier. They do not provide delivery notes, but instructions on how to access your delivery note are attached to the boxes your order comes in.
Items such as Printer Toners are usually delivered separately by Fedex and will come with a delivery note.
If you have checked your delivery note and an item you were expecting to receive is missing, please email sales@kingswoodos.co.uk to report this within 3 days and a replacement will be sent to you.
