Stationary Returns – No longer required/Ordered Incorrectly
We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. Within ten days of receipt, if you receive an item which you do not require you may contact our sales team and request a collection of the unwanted goods. Our sales team will go through the returns procedure and offer an alternative product where appropriate.
All goods returned must be undamaged, unused and fit for resale. The goods must be of a type that are normally supplied by Kingswood and not something that has been ordered specially or bespoke to you. Catering supplies cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Arranging for returns must be made through our sales office. If you return items without the relevant paperwork, this could result in the item going missing and no credit being given. Credit will only be issued once we have inspected the products. We reserve the right to levy a restocking fee or if goods are returned damaged to give a partial credit. We may also charge a collection fee if you are outside of our normal delivery area.
Stationary Returns – Reported as Faulty
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase for defects in manufacturer and materials. If you have an item which you feel is faulty, please contact our sales team with details of the item and specific problem.
Warranties on most office machines are usually covered by the manufacturer directly so for technical assistance and possible fault finding it is always best to talk to the manufacturer’s help line first. They have more machine specific expertise than we do and can normally resolve problems over the phone.
Toner/Ink/Consumable Returns – No longer required/Ordered Incorrectly
Consumable items ordered in error and needing to be returned will be subject to at least a 20% restocking fee, although this will vary depending on the specific item.
We are charged a restocking fee by our suppliers so we have no option but to pass this onto our customers.
Toner/Ink/Consumable Returns – Reported as Faulty
Consumable items which are faulty need to be reported to our office as soon as possible. If there is a print error, please provide a test print with the item when you return it. Our office will advise you of all the necessary procedures when you call.
