Payments

Invoices and statements are sent by email to your designated accounts email. If you are not receiving them please check your junk folder.

Standard credit account terms are 30 days end of month. Preferred payment method is bank transfer into our bank account. Please include your company name and Kingswood account number.

We also accept cheque and most debit/credit cards. If paying by cheque please expect five days for your funds to clear. 

If your account goes over term or credit limit, expect to be put on stop!  However, we are reasonably people so if you are experiencing some temporary issues talk to us and lets work through them together.
