We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us. Within ten days of receipt, if you receive an item that was ordered incorrectly or no longer required you may contact our sales team for a collection.
All goods returned must be undamaged, unused and fit for resale. The goods must be regular items normally supplied by Kingswood, not ordered specially or bespoke to you. Catering supplies cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Arranging returns must be made through our sales office who will issue the relevant paperwork. If you return items without paperwork this could result in the item going missing and no credit being given. Credit is issued once we have inspected the products. We reserve the right to levy a restocking fee or if goods are returned damaged give a partial credit.
If you have an account with Kingswood you will be issued a credit note that can be used against your account or refunded. If you prepaid you will receive a prompt refund.
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase for defects in manufacture or materials. If you have an item which you feel is faulty, please contact our sales team with details of the item and specific problem.
Warranties on most office machines are covered by the manufacturer directly. For technical assistance and possible fault finding it is always best to talk to the manufacturer’s help line first. They have more machine specific expertise than we do and can normally resolve problems over the phone.
